FIT4MOM – Fitness Classes for Moms Grand Junction
How amazing is that we have fitness classes specifically for Moms in Grand Junction?
I totally love the idea! I had a chance to meet the owners of FIT4MOM Fruita at the Birth and Baby Expo 2018. (see my blog post about the event here)
Their amazing classes bring you to a great fitness level while including your baby/babies.
Once a year they hold a special Halloween workout: The Great Pumpkin Class.
They work out using actual pumpkins as weights! It’s so fun!
Look at all the cool exercises with the pumpkins…
…and the kiddos love the pumpkins and the workouts too!
At the end of the workout the kiddos get to Trunk and Treat… or in this case ‘stroller and treat’ … Meaning everyone sets up a little trick or treat station. The kids go around and grab some treats and run around the playground.
It was so very fun, you guys!
